To use a hot dog steamer machine, you need to follow these steps:
- Add 4 quarts of water to the bottom of the machine.
- Turn the machine on and let it heat up.
- Place your hot dogs onto the metal plate, with all of the water being heated underneath and the steam cooking the hot dogs.
- Also, add your buns to the top to warm them.
